We want you to love your beauty finds, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased directly from our site. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and e-gift cards, are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After confirming your return, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the portal.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
